Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Manage the full lifecycle of client engagement: outreach, flight strategy, consultative sales, and closing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients—crafting itineraries, guiding booking decisions, and resolving issues.
Maintain and grow client relationships by re-engaging past clients and following up on new leads.
Be the emergency contact for clients when needed, especially for time-sensitive travel matters.
Sales and Strategy Execution
Use your knowledge of routes, loyalty programs, and luxury flying to provide optimal travel options.
Collaborate with internal concierge and operations teams to deliver seamless service.
Proactively apply judgment, empathy, and problem-solving to complex or urgent situations.
Improve communication and conversion strategies to drive consistent growth in you book of business
Qualifications
Have 3+ years of experience in luxury service or selling high-ticket items
Strong knowledge of premium travel, airlines, loyalty programs, and global destinations.
Outstanding communication skills—warm, clear, persuasive across email, text, and voice.
Ownership mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
High integrity and discretion—you’ll manage sensitive and high-value transactions.
