MAIN ACTIVITIES AND TASKS
Meeting with clients in office or virtually.
Ensuring standard general sales pitch and presentations are prepared all the products or for each product vertical per client requirement.
Developing and implementing territory marketing and client relation plans.
Ensuring growth of SLA/AMC business from existing clients and new customers that are not necessarily a client of ours in terms of the initial installation.
Ensuring that company procedures are followed where there is an implementation of an AMC/SLA.
Should review Tender and Prequalification schedule reports as part of Sales procedure so as to follow with Tenders and Pre-qualifications. When the Pre-Qualification is successful, visit such clients to see if there is business to be generated from this successful pre-qualification. Build relationships with these institutions.
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly Sales pipeline/ platform.
Prepare accurate sales report daily, weekly and monthly based on your performance.
Ensuring sales targets are met on a monthly basis.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Organizing sales promotional activities by planning and implementation with principals where possible or applicable e.g. Breakfast shows, Road shows in towns with shops.
Any other duties assigned by the Seniors
