Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Software Sales Executive to drive sales of SAP Business One, a leading ERP solution for small and mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Sales & Business Development

 

Identify and qualify potential customers for SAP Business One.

 

Conduct market research to understand industry needs and trends.

 

Execute sales strategies to achieve set targets.

 

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.

 

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

 

Client Engagement & Consultation

 

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.

 

Understand business requirements and propose appropriate SAP Business One solutions.

 

Provide consultative advice on ERP implementation and benefits.

 

Address customer concerns and objections effectively.

 

Account Management & Relationship Building

 

Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

 

Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

 

Work closely with the implementation team to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

 

Reporting & Coordination

 

Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates.

 

Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.

 

Stay up-to-date with business software features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

 

Job Qualifications & Requirements

 

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field.

 

3-5 years of experience in software sales (preferably ERP or SaaS).

 

Knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems is a plus.

 

Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

 

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
