Job Description

Responsibility Summary:

 

Develop and monitor sales strategies through use of market trend analysis.

 

Continuously monitor the market for opportunities and guide branches in achieving goals.

 

Implement dynamic customer journeys and actively participate in re-engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

 

Assess training needs within sales coordinators and branch sales staff, and manage and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

 

Academic & Professional Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Business related field, Masters degree in relevant field is an added advantage.

 

Over 10 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in sales at a managerial level.

 

Strong knowledge and understanding of Business sales within the local banking industry, banking products and services.

 

Skills/Experience Required

 

Proficiency in marketing and selling

 

Strong visionary leadership to empower, achieve and collaborate towards goals.

 

Excellent emotional intelligence to lead with objectivity.

 

Sound analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

 

Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
