Key Responsibilities
Deliver Engaging Safety & Security Training
Design and deliver training programs on workplace safety, physical security, emergency preparedness, and compliance.
Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, simulations, and hands-on exercises tailored to various industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, education, etc.).
Customize course materials to meet client-specific needs, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
Consulting & Client Enablement
Act as a trusted advisor on best practices in health, safety, and security management.
Conduct risk assessments and training needs analyses to recommend appropriate learning interventions.
Guide clients on policy development, safety protocols, and emergency response planning.
Content Development & Continuous Improvement
Develop training manuals, e-learning modules, safety drills, and assessment tools.
Stay current on regulatory changes, emerging threats, and best practices in safety and security.
Incorporate feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Support Global & Cross-Functional Teams
Collaborate with international teams to deliver standardized safety programs across locations.
Adapt training to meet local legal and cultural contexts while maintaining global standards.
Deliver instruction in a multilingual setting (English required; other languages a plus).
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Security Management, Emergency Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, First Aid/CPR, or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) are highly preferred.
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in safety training, security operations, or workplace compliance.
Proven ability to deliver training to diverse audiences across industries.
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk management, and physical security protocols.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills.
Ability to translate complex safety information into practical, engaging content.
Comfortable using digital collaboration and training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS).
