Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency
- Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Maintain thorough records of all interactions using the CRM system
- Escalate complex cases when necessary to ensure timely resolutions
- Conduct follow-ups to guarantee complete customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Take part in ongoing training and development sessions
- Provide assistance to walk-in clients when needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma required; certifications in customer service are an advantage
