What You’ll Do
Coordinate with customer service, game providers, and technical teams to resolve player disputes quickly and fairly.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations in all jurisdictions (including IOM & South Africa).
Manage and schedule game launches, updates, and promotional campaigns.
Source and manage marketing assets for banners, promotions, and site refreshes.
Monitor player behaviour for signs of fraud, exploitation, or technical loopholes.
Assist with marketing activities including email campaigns and basic HTML content updates.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years’ experience in online casino operations or the gaming industry.
Strong knowledge of casino games, risk management, and player profiling.
Experience with marketing campaigns and digital content management.
