Job Description

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

 

Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university

 

Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate

 

At least 2 years post-admission experience in a busy law firm

 

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

 

Experience in Company Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Not-for-Profits

 

Knowledge and practical experience in Data Protection, Cybersecurity, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and Fintech

 

Excellent research skills and ability to draft legal documents

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
