Job Description

We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA & QC) Specialist to lead and enforce rigorous quality standards across complex system and software implementations. This role entails the development, implementation, and oversight of structured QA and QC frameworks aligned with globally recognized standards. The successful candidate will possess demonstrated expertise in managing quality across the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Quality Assurance (QA)

 

Develop and institutionalize quality assurance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 25010, 29119, 12207, and related standards.

 

Periodically review and optimize standard operating procedures to reflect evolving global best practices.

 

Design and implement test strategies and plans, defining measurable quality objectives, acceptance criteria, and audit trails.

 

Facilitate structured risk identification, mitigation planning, and governance reporting throughout project lifecycles.

 

Conduct detailed assessments of project documentation, administrative controls, and internal processes with actionable improvement proposals.

 

Deliver comprehensive quality reports to project governance bodies, highlighting critical gaps and providing remediation recommendations.

 

Participate in executive and cross-functional stakeholder forums to ensure strategic alignment of quality priorities.

 

Provide expert-level guidance and knowledge transfer on QA methodologies, tools, and compliance procedures to internal teams.

 

Maintain complete records of QA assessments, audits, and related documentation for auditability and traceability.

 

Quality Control (QC)

 

Execute systematic quality control inspections across various project phases to identify and resolve defects prior to release.

 

Develop and manage test assets including test cases, test data sets, and defect tracking mechanisms.

 

Ensure comprehensive coverage by maintaining traceability matrices linking requirements to test cases and outcomes.

 

Perform detailed performance, security, and integration testing to validate system robustness and compliance.

 

Manage defect life cycles, ensuring timely identification, logging, and closure in collaboration with development teams.

 

Validate deployment readiness through post-implementation smoke testing and quality verification exercises.

 

Document lessons learned from implementation cycles with a focus on enhancing future quality processes.
