As a Business Development Officer, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new client relationships, understanding their financial challenges, and presenting CFOD HUB’s tailored outsourcing solutions. You will be a key player in driving their growth and helping businesses achieve financial clarity and strategic advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, referrals, digital outreach, etc.).
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients’ financial and operational requirements.
Present CFOD HUB’s comprehensive suite of services, including CFO/Finance Director outsourcing, payroll services, accounting, and taxation, clearly articulating their value proposition.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with their expert financial team to craft bespoke solutions for clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Who They’re Looking For:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within financial services, consulting, or a related B2B sector.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of financial concepts, accounting, and business operations (CFO services, payroll, taxation, financial modelling).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives (CFOs, CEOs, business owners).
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
