About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals as per the restaurant’s menu and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
Assist with menu planning and suggest improvements where necessary.
Ensure proper storage of food items and minimize wastage.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a cook in a restaurant (minimum 1 year preferred).
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Excellent hygiene and food safety practices.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Certificate/Diploma in Food Production or related field is an added advantage.
