Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Sales Delivery
Promote long-term and short-term hospitality programs to prospects through school visits, walk-ins, digital platforms, open days, and education fairs.
Convert leads to enrolled students through structured follow-ups and client engagement.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets of Kes 1.4–1.7M or enroll a minimum of 25 full-time students per intake.
Follow up proactively on inbound leads to improve conversion rates.
Relationship Management & Business Development
Build and maintain strategic relationships with secondary schools, recruitment agents, corporations, and institutions.
Identify new markets and segments for student acquisition and corporate training.
Represent the institution at exhibitions, school events, corporate functions, and industry forums.
Marketing Support & Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with ongoing campaigns.
Contribute ideas and feedback for promotional content and outreach materials.
Support digital and traditional marketing activities, including social media efforts.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on CRM systems regarding leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Provide weekly performance reports, feedback on market trends, and competitor insights.
Assist in organizing open days, intake events, and community outreach programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets.
Experience in education is a must, hospitality, tourism, or service-based sectors is preferred.
Proven ability to sell services via both digital platforms and direct engagement (e.g., walk-ins, school visits).
Attributes & Skills:
Self-driven, with high initiative and accountability; must improve low lead-to-enrollment conversion rates (<30%).
Well-groomed, confident, and able to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
Strong persuasion skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a stable work history.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; ability to travel locally.
