Qualifications

5+ years in marketing (at least 2 in healthcare, tech, or startup environment)
Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital channels

Strategic Marketing Planning
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Lead.
Brand Management
Oversee brand consistency across all channels (digital, print, PR).
Strengthen HealthX Africa’s positioning in the telehealth market.
Market Research & Insights
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Use insights to inform strategy, targeting, and service offerings.
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan and manage marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads, offline).
Track and optimize performance to ensure high engagement and ROI.
Content & Communication Oversight
Supervise development of compelling content (blogs, social media, email, video).
Ensure all messaging aligns with brand tone and audience expectations.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
Build digital funnels to drive qualified leads.
Work with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment.
Partnership & Community Engagement
Identify and manage partnerships (e.g., employers, influencers, health orgs).
Promote co-branded initiatives to extend reach and build trust.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Track key KPIs (Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Click Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rate, etc.
Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
