Terden Limited is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our firm while supporting the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations and client engagement
Provide administrative and clerical support to legal staff
Type, format, and manage legal documents – including court pleadings, submissions, affidavits, contracts, agreements, and more
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems with high confidentiality
Coordinate communication, schedules, and office logistics
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma/Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in a legal or corporate setting
Strong typing and document formatting skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication in English & Kiswahili
Discreet, detail-oriented, and dependable
