This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals and contracts, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and collaborating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. You will also be expected to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and follow up on feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
Ability to prepare Sales Proposals and Contracts
Market Research and Lead Generation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with design teams
Experience in interior design or a related field is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
