Responsibility Summary:
Assign credit files from credit pool and review the same to ensure compliance with DLA (Delegated Lending Authority).
Review temporary accommodations and process variations on approved loans.
Organize Credit Approval Committee meetings and coordinate Senior Credit committee queries and responses on approved files by local committees.
Ensure thorough documentation of approval covenants across all credit files.
Conduct customer visits with Business Teams.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance and Accounting or related field.
Banking or Accounting professional qualification or equivalent.
Good understanding of financial policies, procedures and external regulations.
10 years of banking experience with a minimum of 7 years in Credit and at least 3 years in Business.
Skills/Experience Required
Ability to make objective and flexible decisions based on information availed for effective credit risk management.
Ability to look at situations from different perspectives and provide solutions.
Ability to relate well with all the stakeholders involved in the credit process to ensure synergy and seamless service.
Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
