Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive and routine maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and other hotel equipment. Ensures compliance with hotel standards for energy conservation, fire safety, and life safety systems.
Supports the Chief Engineer in managing the engineering team, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely repairs and smooth operation of all facilities.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred.
Technical certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing are a plus. Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in a hotel setup.
Hands-on experience in plumbing systems is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and execution
