Responsibility Summary:

Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field, (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience with an understanding of Bank policies and external regulations, with at least 4 years in supervisory role in business development.
- Experience in sales, structuring credit files across Retail & SME Banking, and in-depth knowledge in banking operations, risk and controls.
- Strong knowledge of CBK prudential guidelines, Basel rules, Banking act, IFRS.
