Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Contact Leads: Proactively engage with provided leads to introduce educational programs and match prospects with suitable courses.

 

Advice Potential Students: Offer advice on course offerings, aligning recommendations with the prospect’s educational background and skills.

 

Manage Enrollment Process: Guide prospects through the enrollment steps, assisting with form completion and documentation.

 

Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the team on sales and marketing strategies to boost recruitment efforts.

 

Maintain Records and Report: Keep detailed records of interactions and report on recruitment activities and outcomes.

 

Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform recruitment and program strategies.

 

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly, maintaining positive relationships with potential students.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

Knowledge of the education sector and course offerings is a MUST

 

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate others.

 

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
