Overall Purpose of the Position
Ensure the safe receipt of goods and maintain accurate inventory control in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Optimize warehouse space utilization.
Key Performance Areas
Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in a safe manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
Organize and label items for easy identification.
Assist in stock audits and cycle counts adhering to Standard Operating Procedures to maximize throughput.
Prepare and issue items against reservation document as required.
Posting of all reservation documents in S4HANA SAP
Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage.
Maintain 6S and EHS in the store area as per MRM standards.
Daily reconciliation of all stock movements.
Near miss reporting and improvement suggestions.
Manage FIFO and FEFO materials to avoid stock write off.
Adhere to Company standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements
Support and implement Company initiatives to achieve performance, quality and safety metrics
Implement and drive continuous improvement program in warehouse function and establish high level of performance & standards.
Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation, data management and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum academic qualification: Certificate in Business Management
Minimum 2+ years in ERP based Supply Chain
