We are looking for a dynamic Junior Accountant & HR Assistant to support our finance and HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, HR procedures, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Assist in maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Handle petty cash and prepare related reports.
Assist in VAT calculations and compliance.
HR & Administrative Duties:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure document compliance.
Support in preparing HR-related letters, contracts, and reports.
Handle attendance tracking and leave management.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
UAE experience is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Language:
Fluency in English
Work Eligibility:
Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
