Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers in assigned sales territories to promote and sell mobile phones and accessories.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to generate leads and close sales.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences, budget, and usage requirements.
  • Negotiate sales terms and finalize transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets through consistent outreach and effective sales techniques.
  • Stay informed about new product releases, promotions, and market trends to provide customers with up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and report on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of daily sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sales support requests in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery to customers.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, adhering to ethical sales practices and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or similar
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to different customer profiles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile phone features, specifications, and technology trends is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned sales regions to engage customers and expand the client base.
Salary: KShs. 30,000 - KShs. 50,000
