Gross Salary: 40K plus commission

Our client in the Fashion Retail industry is currently seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to lead online sales and brand growth across Instagram, TikTok, website, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media marketing, paid ads, content creation, and e- commerce growth strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Develop content calendars for Instagram and TikTok, manage shopping features, enhance engagement through trends and storytelling, and execute a daily posting strategy.
  • Website & E-commerce Optimization: Ensure SEO-optimized website, enhance product descriptions and imagery, optimize product pages, and analyze visitor behavior using Google Analytics.
  • Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Manage effective advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, implement retargeting strategies, and conduct A/B testing for improved ROI.
  • Email & SMS Marketing: Build segmented marketing lists, create automated campaigns, and utilize WhatsApp for customer engagement.
  • Influencer & Community Marketing: Collaborate with influencers, promote User-Generated Content (UGC), and run giveaways to boost brand awareness.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, use analytics tools for campaign tracking, and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • POS Optimization: Utilize POS data to understand customer preferences, integrate with CRM for personalized marketing, optimize restocking strategies, and develop loyalty programs.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to various digital marketing initiatives to maintain competitiveness in the fashion industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and fashion marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and conversion funnels.
  • Demonstrated success in social media growth, paid advertising campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite, along with website management.
  • Trend-savvy with a keen eye for premium fashion aesthetics.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a blend of creativity.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
