Job Description:

Strong IT Hardware and Network skills.

Installing, maintaining new servers, hardware and software infrastructure.

Implementing and Monitoring of server backup files and maintaining IT support calls.

Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security.

Excellent Knowledge of Servers OS, Active directory & All Windows OS/ Install, upgrade, support, troubleshoot and administrate all Windows Server OS.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.

Ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Ability to work within a team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A commitment to keeping up to date with the latest developments.

Knowledge of Firewall / VPN / Antivirus systems /Email Archiving / System Backup / IP Telephone System

Knowledge in Outlook, email configuration management, O365 etc. Printers, Scanners, Biometric and Bluetooth devices, and Emirates ID Reader.

Experience in handling and supporting retail CCTV infrastructure.

Building, installing, configuring, analysing, and troubleshooting Windows

Relevant experience to support all kinds of L1/L2 support related with OS and Hardware of laptop and desktop & POS

Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 and its Apps like Outlook Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Good understanding of Antivirus / EDR technologies.

Maintenance, and upgrades of operating systems for workstation environments.

Available 24x7 on-call support.

Experience with reasonably complex IT retail infrastructure.

Ability to work well independently and as a team member.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong conceptual and logical abilities and strong planning and project abilities.

Provide hardware and software support for desktop computers and other end-user devices like printers ,scanners and biometric machine

Provide first-level technical support to learners, staff, and faculty face to face or remotely using appropriate remote support and communication tools.
