We’re Hiring: Accounts Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Accounts Manager to join our team! If you have experience in managing day-to-day accounting activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth financial operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulary discussing with the team member for the work progess and givining support.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting activities.
• Collaborate with team members regularly for work progress and provide support.
• Monitor payment follow-ups and provide progress updates.
• Approve all entries and ensure urgent payments are processed on time.
• Prepare batches and monitor AR (Accounts Receivable) status.
• Ensure timely release of mass payments on the 25th of every month and staff reimbursements on the 5th.
• Facilitate the AR meeting during the first week of each month to follow up on pending payments due to site-related issues.
• Approve system (Hi-M) entries after closing and register purchase assets in the ‘Other Acquisition’ FA module.
• Review and monitor monthly GL closing entries, including accruals, advance sales adjustments, and clearing reclassifications.
• File taxes and make payments by the 25th of each quarter (Sep/Dec/Mar/Jun).
• Handle internal audits as requested by HQ.
• Request partial audits after November closing and full audits after December closing.
• Manage corporate tax filing and reporting.
