Job Description
  • In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and executing an effective recruitment process, serving as a key contact for hiring managers. You'll actively source talent, align recruitment strategies with business needs, and drive high-quality hires across various departments.
  • Acting as both a coach and contributor, you'll ensure a positive candidate experience and guide stakeholders on recruitment best practices. You'll also have the opportunity to independently lead recruitment projects and continuously enhance your recruitment expertise through ongoing development and feedback.

You should be comfortable working with diverse teams, balancing stakeholder relationships, and driving recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
