Responsibilities

  • Develop & implement HR policies Coordinate recruitment, onboarding & offboarding Manage training programs
  • Support performance evaluation processes Handle employee relations issues Maintain accurate HR records Ensure legal compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years HR experience
  • Degree in Business, HR, or related field Previous HR Officer/Administrator experience
