Job Description
Our client, a well-established chain of restaurants, is seeking experienced and results-driven Restaurant Managers to oversee the daily operations of their branches in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and driving profitability.
- Minimum Experience: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Senior Level
- Experience length: 3 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize wastage and costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory and cost management.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is an added advantage.
