Prideinn Paradise Beach Resort is urgently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and performance targets for the front office team.
- Uphold company policies and maintain high standards of hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (eg, Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
