Our client in the water solutions industry is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. This role will involve collaborating closely with various departments to enhance efficiency while reducing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals to improve operational processes.
• Support staff performance tracking in collaboration with HR and manage recruitment and training of new employees.
• Manage inventory and logistics, ensuring efficient fleet management.
• Coordinate training programs in collaboration with departmental heads.
• Analyze operational costs, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and regulatory bodies.
• Generate reports and present findings to upper management.
• Act as a troubleshooter for project-specific issues and advocate for operational standards.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and branch coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of over 5 years in operations management.
• Project management qualifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
