Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven elevator escalator salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing client relationships, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads for elevator and escalator projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Elevator industry sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of elevator and escalator solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
