Hiring IT Infrastructure Specialist

Are you an experienced IT professional with expertise in managing, configuring, and installing cutting-edge IT infrastructure? Netsolve Systems is looking for a talented IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering world-class IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Server Administration: Configure, install, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Firewall Configuration: Deploy, manage, and monitor firewalls to secure network environments.
• Virtualization: Expertise in VMware or equivalent platforms to implement and manage virtualized environments.
• Network Management: Set up and optimize switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
• Storage Solutions: Configure and manage SAN/NAS storage systems to meet business needs.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
• System Monitoring: Proactively monitor IT infrastructure and resolve issues to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and virtualization.
• Advanced knowledge of network protocols, system security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with storage systems, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
