Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Associate to support the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and driving overall business growth. You will play a vital role in market research, data analysis, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic planning and process optimization efforts that ensure scalable and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market assessments to identify key risks, market gaps, and high-potential opportunities for growth.
- Assess customer needs and preferences by analyzing market data and feedback.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and scalable growth.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide insights on customer behaviour, acquisition, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Work closely with the Growth Manager to develop data-driven strategies for optimizing the customer lifecycle.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist in executing A/B tests, email marketing campaigns, and paid media initiatives to boost customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time to maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to co-create strategic roadmaps with defined milestones, KPIs, and deliverables aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention and profitability
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in growth objectives and initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving the end-to-end customer experience.
- Assist in identifying and nurturing relationships with key partners and external stakeholders to enhance business growth.
- Process Improvement & Strategic Planning:
- Identify areas for process optimization and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing long-term growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth, marketing, and data analysis.
- Act as a mentor providing knowledgeable feedback and insights to teams
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in growth, strategy, or project management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and SQL.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in consulting or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing cross-functional projects.
