Job Description
About the Client:
- Our client, a reputable Construction company, is actively seeking a skilled Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for the company by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients, expanding the sales pipeline through referrals from current clientele.
- Contacting potential clients via phone to generate leads.
- Presenting products/services to customers.
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Scheduling appointments or site visits for the sales team.
- Updating customer databases with accurate information.
- Negotiating pricing and closing sales.
- Following up with existing clients for repeat business.
- Collaborating with marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a business-related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience as telesales representative or any other sales role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint
