Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to meet and exceed performance targets. Provide guidance and development opportunities for all team members to grow professionally.
Customer Service: Ensure customers receive the highest level of service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Performance: Monitor and drive sales to achieve revenue goals. Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability.
Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, product displays, store layout, and housekeeping. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Financial Management: Manage store budgets, ensure cost control measures are in place, and monitor store expenses. Analyze sales reports and performance data to maximize profitability.
Staff Scheduling: Prepare and maintain work schedules for store staff to ensure efficient coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Handle employee attendance and timekeeping.
Product Management: Ensure stock is properly displayed, rotated, and replenished. Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure product orders are met.
Training & Development: Organize regular staff training on products, sales techniques, and customer service practices. Maintain team motivation and morale through effective leadership.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a retail environment in the UAE.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team, achieve sales targets, and drive customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial management.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
