Hiring Joinery Draughtsman – MFIT Interiors and Decoration

We are a leading interior fit-out company in the UAE, seeking a Joinery Draughtsman to join our Dubai office. This role is integral to our design and execution team, focusing on delivering high-quality technical drawings for retail, residential, and F&B projects.

Summary of the Role:

As a Joinery Draughtsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and ensuring precision in joinery designs. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and seamless collaboration with project teams to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate technical drawings for joinery and fit-out projects using CAD software.
• Interpret technical sketches, design briefs, and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to refine designs.
• Revise and update drawings as needed to address feedback or project changes.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–4 years in the UAE’s interior design, fit-out, and joinery industries.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings.
