Job Description
Dragonfly is looking for a talented Account Manager with strong experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting. The role requires a proven ability to manage client relationships, craft effective digital strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Act as the main liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring clear communication.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI and KPIs.
- Present performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing agency account management.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and trends.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
