Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  •  As a Property Sales Advisor, you’ll:
  • Lead and support a team of 500+ external agents, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Onboard 50 new real estate agents monthly, both locally and internationally.
  • Conduct property viewings, host meetings, pitch deals, negotiate, and close clients introduced by external agents.
  • Train agents on Vaal’s portfolio and essential sales skills to drive their success.
  • Network and attend agent events, attracting more professionals to our team.
  • Plan and execute events that foster collaboration and elevate the Vaal brand.
  • Build a strong network of active international agents and agencies.
  • Ensure all agent contracts and supporting documents are complete and up to date.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 2+ years of proven sales experience in real estate—this is non-negotiable!
  • You’ve worked with developers and have a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Your network of agents is second to none, and you know how to activate it.
  • A natural extrovert who shines in social settings and thrives on building connections.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple relationships seamlessly.
  • A degree holder is preferred but not mandatory if you’re exceptional in other areas.
