Job Description
Task and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Control Risks BIM execution plan and associated CAD standards.
- Design, develop and deliver a programme of technical training to the team.
- Manage, allocated and oversee tasks allocated to the team.
- Be responsible for the quality assurance and quality control of technical drawings and models in Revit and AutoCad developed by the team.
- Attend virtual project BIM coordination meetings for projects across EMEA and be able to communicate clearly and confidently to resolve technical issues.
- Use ‘out of the box' thinking to add value to security designs
- Innovate to find more efficient and better ways to produce security designs
Requirements
- An HNC (Higher National Diploma) or HND (Higher National Certificate) in a subject related to construction, such as civil engineering.
- Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with 5+ years' experience in an architecture or MEP engineering practice.
- Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
- Experience of clash detection/resolution process using both Navisworks and Revit.
- Familiar with BIM, use of Common Data Environments and QA systems.
- Knowledge of Cobie Data applicable to MEP/ security drawings.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent IT skills.
