Italian Shoe Factory is an innovative and thriving company with 25+ years of experience in providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and dynamic individual to join our team in Dubai as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should be skilled in online chat support, in-person sales, upselling, e-commerce management, POS, retail merchandising, inventory management & financial analysis. He/She will work with our repair department to ensure quality assurance from artisans before delivery of products. Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva/Photoshop is a plus. A strong customer service background is a must.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional online chat support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize effective selling techniques to drive in-person sales, presenting products in an engaging and informative way.
Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
Maintain an organized and clean work environment, following company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions to better serve customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Manage e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient order processing.
Oversee the POS system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
Assist in merchandising efforts, creating visually appealing and effective displays.
Contribute to SEO and content writing efforts to boost online presence and brand visibility.
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
Perform financial analysis and accounting tasks, including tracking sales performance and preparing reports using QuickBooks.
Execute email marketing campaigns and implement business automation strategies to improve efficiency.
Utilize Canva/Photoshop to create visually appealing marketing materials and online content.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the retail or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with customers.
Proficient in online chat support and handling customer inquiries.
Ability to upsell and promote products effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Proficient in e-commerce management, POS, merchandising, SEO, content writing, inventory management, financial analysis, accounting, QuickBooks, Shopify, email marketing, business automation, and Canva/Photoshop.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
