Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction fit-out sector, for both commercial fit-outs and residential renovations.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to oversee fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* 4-6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor Engineer in the UAE with Valid UAE Driving License.
