As the Receptionist/customer Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative and supervisory tasks. Your role will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations at the front desk and overseeing daily activities on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointment scheduling and ensure efficient utilization of clinic resources.
- Handle all correspondence with the CEO and maintain clear communication with internal and external customers.
- Make & Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services and schedule daily appointments.
- End to end Leads conversion into business.
- Record keeping and confidentiality adherence.
- Greet and assist guests and clients, creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist with end-to-end customer service responsibilities, addressing patient concerns and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, correspondence, and floor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in using office software and managing scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Additional Information:
- Visa sponsorship will be offered upon successful completion of the probation period.
- The cost of the visa will be deducted from the salary as per agreed terms.
