Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Financial Reports Review: Conduct thorough reviews of financial reports to ensure accuracy of receipts, compliance to the financial policy and timely submission of financial reports.
System Tracker Maintenance: Keep the system tracker up-to-date and ensure all project information is current for smooth and accurate payment system.
Communication with Consultants : Facilitate clear and professional communication with consultants to support project implementation and successful operations.
Mandatory training Compliance: Support consultants with compliance trainings
People management: Supporting the management of the consultant from end-to end.
Minimum required experience and Education:
Education Level Education
Bachelor's Degree Business administration or finance or Diploma Business administration or finance
Req Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication skill
Can easily read and understand a financial document
Ability to perform basic excel functions such as formatting, sorting, filtering, and data entry
English - Fluent
French Nice to have
Highly organized and attentive to details
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
