Prior to Equity Bank, Mbaabu had worked for Central Bank of Kenya for Six years as a Banking supervisor where he participated in significantly reducing the industry’s non performing loans. He also worked for Coca-Cola Africa for five years in various senior positions. He has a passion for seeking innovative ways to satisfy customer needs especially in credit products and their delivery mechanism. Role Description

 

 This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative at Progressive Credit Limited. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation, presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.

 Qualifications

 

Sales and Business Development skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Knowledge of financial products and services

Ability to work well under pressure

Self-motivated and target-driven

Diploma/Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Education: Degree, Diploma
