Job Description

Our client, who is in the health, beauty and wellness industry is looking to hire a Human Resource Officer. As a Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for
HR operations and administration across all HR processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management on the moving products.
  • HR Documentation
  • HR leave Administration
  • Contract Administration
  • External and Internal Background Checks
  • HR MIS-Work Pay System
  • Recruitment
  • Performance Management & Evaluation
  • Staff Uniform-Inventory Management of uniform
  • Disciplinary Functions

Qualifications:

  • Degree in human resource management from a recognized institution
  • 5 years minimum experience in a similar position
  • A member of IHRM.
  • Should have attained up to CHRP part II
