Behind every interview, there is a person quietly rearranging their life.
Preparing documents late at night.
Researching the company.
Imagining relocation.
Planning accommodation.
Calculating financial transitions.
Hoping for growth.
Candidates don’t only send CVs — they send trust.
But too often, after promising conversations and encouraging words… silence happens.
No update.
No closure.
No response.
Being “ghosted” in recruitment is more common than many organizations realize—and its impact is real. Not only professionally, but emotionally.
Professionalism should never stop at the interview stage.
A simple message such as:
“We are still reviewing,” or
“We decided to move forward with another candidate,”
can make a huge difference.
Because recruitment is not only about evaluating candidates.
It is also about demonstrating company values.
Talent is not defined by age.
Not by appearance.
Not by first impressions alone.
Sometimes, while companies are searching for the right person, they may not realize they are overlooking individuals who are ready to contribute, grow, and become long-term assets—true diamonds within the organization.
This is not a complaint.
This is a reminder.
Respect in communication is one of the simplest—and most powerful—forms of leadership.
