Some candidates speak with confidence and impress instantly. Others may struggle to articulate their thoughts, not because they lack skills, but because of nerves, pressure, or language barriers.
In real work environments, those same individuals often perform exceptionally well.
Interviews can measure communication, preparation, and confidence but they don’t always capture dedication, problem-solving ability, work ethic, or growth potential.
As applicants, we prepare the best we can. As interviewers, I hope we continue to look beyond polished answers and recognize attitude, willingness to learn, and real-world capability.
Because sometimes, the quietest candidates become the strongest contributors. 🌱
