Many interviewers decide about you in the first few minutes.
Not after your best answer. Not after you explain everything.
Before you even relax in the chair
I have sat on the other side of the table for 35 years.
I have interviewed people in many countries.
And I saw the same pattern again and again.
The people who got hired were not always the most qualified.
They were the ones who made the interviewer feel comfortable quickly.
Not nervous.
Not over-talking.
Not desperate.
Just calm, clear, and easy to understand

Can this person communicate clearly?
Do they understand the role?
Will they be easy to work with?
Thatโs it.
If you have an interview this week, do not spend all night memorizing answers.
Spend time on this instead:
Speak slowly.
Listen carefully.
Answer clearly and simply.
Show that you understand the job.
Stay calm, even if you feel nervous inside.
Interviews are not only about knowledge.
They are about confidence, clarity, and comfort.
Save this post.
Read it again tomorrow morning.
Walk in calmly. Walk in clear. Walk-in ready.
