What’s frustrating is when you take the time to reply properly, answer questions, make yourself available, and then hear nothing back.
It doesn’t need to be a long explanation. A quick message to say the role has moved on is enough. Most people aren’t expecting anything more than that.
We talk a lot about candidate professionalism. It goes both ways.
