The new platform will allow institutional and qualified investors to access Arada’s property development pipeline and wider GCC real estate opportunities.
It will initially focus on real estate investments before expanding into infrastructure and other private market assets.
The initiative marks Arada’s shift from pure property development to fund and asset management, aiming to attract global investors and expand its presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and regional markets.
